Job Description
As a software tester, you'll need to:
- Work with software developers and project support teams
- Identify business requirements
- Plan projects
- Write and execute test scripts
- Run manual and automated tests
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed
- Analyze and troubleshoot test failures, submit defects, and communicate test results.
- Test in different environments including web and mobile
- Write bug reports
- Work on multiple projects at one time
- Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product life cycle.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- ISTQB certified test advanced level is preferred
- Recommended knowledge of C# or Selinium programming language.
- Recommended knowledge of automation testing tools (ex. Selenium, Appuim).
- Experience with API testing tools (ex. Postman).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
