Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities :
• Responsible for the end-to-end Operations Process of all Industrial, and Clients’ business sector.
• Review, manage and timely process of all requests in a highly professional way fulfilling Clients and employees’ expectations.
• Follow monthly time sheets and / salaries process.
• Scheduling meeting with Clients to set a standard for smooth flow of every process like; Timesheet/Payroll Submission, Invoice issuance, Remittance and employees’ salary disbursement.
• Creates and maintains secure and confidential database and filling systems; ensures all necessary documentation is on file like; Client Monitoring sheet, Employees Request, Iqama renewal and other processes.
• Identifying the potential issues and provides the Supervisor with administrative support to close the issues on timely manner.
• Implementing the standard operating procedures and ensure appropriate workflow management set by Operations Manager.
• Coordinating with Recruitment, Onboarding and other department to speed up the employee’s request.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring all requirements and documentation are completed.
• Handle various daily operational tasks, including: - Exit/re-entry visa processing - Document certification and attestation - Contract issuance and renewal
• Ensure proactive communication and follow-up on all tasks and deliverables related to employees and clients.
• Follow monthly time sheets and / salaries process.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
1 - 4 years of experience in operations-related positions or in customer service field
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
