Job Description
- Develop recruitment plans based on manpower needs and approved budgets.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct competency-based interviews aligned with company standards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers with candidates in alignment with company compensation policies.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
- 2–3+ years proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- CBI Certified – is a must.
- High level of English proficiency – is a must
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
