Job Description
- Create the global recruitment strategy for the organization, make sure its policies and programs comply with labor laws and regulations
- Build a company culture that’s in line with the organization’s values and objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Conducting performance and wage reviews
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Work with managers from different levels to track and analyze employee performance
- Manage and oversee promotions and the distribution of bonuses, in coordination with team and department managers.
- Guarantee the fair treatment of all employees at all times and make sure that everyone has equal access to opportunities, information, and guidance
- Establish transparent procedures for hiring, promoting, or laying off employees, and to educate both the company’s leadership and its employees on the importance of inclusion and diversity
- Ask employees for feedback on whether everyone is treated fairly and on whether they feel heard and accepted
- Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
- Meet all SLA, Business Objectives, and Organization driven goals
- Responsible for handling escalations related to any HR operations matters
Job Requirements
- Experience minimum 10 years in the same field in a contracting company
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field
- Master’s degree is a Plus
- Human Resources Diploma is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to continuously give feedback by stringently following Performance Level Agreement
- Strong people and operations management, team and performance management skills
- In depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law
- Have a proven track record in managing a company restructure
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- People oriented and results driven
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
