Job Description
- Manage all copywriters on the agency
- Working closely with art directors and creative copywriters.
- Communicating concept ideas between team members and executives
- Watching over the quality control of all projects
- Research and gather data of client's products/services, client's brand and their competitors
- Write high-engagement social media content, campaigns, video scripts, ideas & presentations that are aligned with the strategy delivered by the Strategic Planner.
- Brainstorm with teams to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client's needs and to come up with the best results in the requested deadlines.
- Manage and create content that is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
- Manage and Produce content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines

- Very good leadership, people and project management skills.

- Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
