About the job:

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the factory’s machines. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.

A great maintenance manager will have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.  

They will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. 
The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.

The goal is to ensure the factory machines are well-cared for and adequate to support the factory’s business operations.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan, budget & identify  resource requirements for Projects within the company
• Conduct periodic project reviews and appraise management accordingly
• Identify, select and Liaise effectively with Suppliers, Vendors, service providers and contractors
• Develop Engineering specifications and BOM required for commissioning activities
• Implement Preventive maintenance & inspection program for all equipment in the factory
• Route cause analysis and corrective/Preventive actions for breakdowns and equipment failures
• Train and deploy manpower to carryout maintenance and engineering related jobs
• Manage and optimize end to end maintenance expenditure & costs
• Controlling of Noise and Air Pollution. Keeping the environment clean through adequate maintenance.
