Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the high-level strategies of the HR department
- Planning and developing for new recruitment strategies, oversee staff benefits
- Responsible for Recruitment policies and the following multiple steps ( write and post a job advertisement – review resumes – pre-screen candidates – administer skills tests - interview applicants – discuss benefits and compensation – make a hiring decision – make an employment offer )
- Responsible for develop and oversee long-term training initiatives and programs and jeep track and analyze employee performance and provide the managers with a feedback and guidance report
- Manage and improve communication skills between all the staff and facilitate the employee-employer relationship
- Manage and guarantee both the physical and psychological safety of employee
- Manage organizational and company culture ( the set of attitudes , values and goals that are shared among employees and managers
- Handle conflicts within the company in order to solve and deescalate them and responsible of legal aspects of handling workplace disputes and terminations
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Coordinating the process of annual evaluation for the performance of employees ; ensure the completion of the mobilization of all the evaluation reports are sent in a timely manner
- Manage the daily transactions of HR department such as
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, terminating and employees’ files and documents
- Follow up monthly report on the recruitment in the factory. Needs and achievements
- Daily data entry on the computer, such as rewards and allowances for transportation and meals, and renewal of contracts etc.
- Monthly payroll
- Renewal of contracts
- Daily transactions with the social insurance office and the labor law office
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Very good in English.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
