Job Description
- Receives cash and checks and edits receipt receipts and deposits them.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Disbursement of cash expenses and release receipts of exchange.
- Pays salaries to employees in accordance with the company's financial regulations and rules.
- Review the documents received for disbursement before carrying out the exchange work, in accordance with the company's accounting system.
- Prepares treasury movement statements for presentation to the head of the department.
- Receives payroll and add-ons and disburses them after review and approval.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Performs other duties assigned to him related to the objectives and nature of the job as directed by the account manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of commerce in accounting.
- 1-3 years of experiences
- Good user of Microsoft office.
- Good in English.
- SAP user is a plus.
- High organizational skills.
- High communication skills.
