Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Directs and supervises the maintenance and allocation vehicles & Equipment as needed
- Prepare the management reports such as Revenue, expenses, Budget etc.
- Planning, organizing, and supervising the total vehicle & Equipment as projects
requirements.

- Allocate all drivers as required.
- Arrange motor & Equipment insurance

- preparation quotation /bid for new vehicles, Equipment and parts
- Assist the Director in determining vehicle replacement.
- Remains abreast of trends and technical changes as they develop in the automotive
industry. - Stay abreast of current parts and supply prices, availability and an awareness of economical
purchasing. - Develop and maintain a perpetual and annual inventory of vehicles, equipment,
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CHRO or CEO.
Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 20 years experience in the field which not less than 05+ years as Transport/ Fleets
Manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Equivalent.
with evidence of specialized training related to Vehicles & Equipment or automotive maintenance and business management. - Preferred experience in demonstrates the potential for success and planning, organizing, and
supervising the total vehicle maintenance program - 10 years experience in Vehicles the transport highly preferred.
- Good knowledge Vehicles and Equipment.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills
