Job purpose:
- Nefertari is looking to hire a sales supervisor to lead a team of sales force to achieve the business targets and ensure performance excellence.
- You will be responsible for overseeing your team members’ work and providing effective feed back to ensure alignment with company’s goals and business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales target of his market units across assigned territory.
- Supervising sales team members work and performance via field visits.
- Prepare and maintain complete information for reporting sales performance.
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve their targets and maintain good customer relations.
- Coaching for sales force and maintaining developing their competencies and knowledge of Nefertari products
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a manager in retail business.
- Computer skills.
- Availability to work in morning and night shifts.
- Sales forecasting and analysis skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Flexibility.
