Job Description
- Plan and monitor the Implementation of Planned Vacation process for Medical Specialties.
- Plan the Annual OPD Clinics Diagnosis Based treatment Plan through the Clinical Leaders and OPD Consultants utilizing the Medical Planning form and Specialty Road Map.
- Monitor and report the Implementation of Diagnosis Based treatment Plan in OPD clinics through: review of the Clinical and ICD documentation, Implementation of Treatment plan protocols in OPD clinics including and not limited to: Lab, Rad, Physiotherapy services.
- Review and monitor the Medical Staff Privilege for Exclusives and Non-Exclusives Doctors in alignment with Medical Director and Specialty a Clinical Leaders
- Monitor , report with Corrective actions the Quality of OPD services through the Following outcome KPI’s Reports :
- Cancelation and Modification OPD Clinics report : BI
- Doctor delay : Hospital and Personal reasons : Quality
- Patient Complains and Experience report : CS
- Waiting Time per OPD clinics : IT
- Monitor in Alignment with Insurance managers the Quality and Completeness of OPD clinics Claims to reduce the rejection rate due to administrative or Medical Data.
- Responsible of implementation of referral process work flow for admitted cases form OPD
- Review the procedure room policy implementation & Patient safety practice and Emergency readiness and response.
- Responsible for all the patients complaints whether through handling or investigating including the Social media and Possible risk of Medico legal Issues
- Respond to OPD NPS report with corrective and preventive action to achieve excellent patient journey in OPD clinics
- Initiate , Recommend and review process improvement initiative to facilitate patient Access , Care and Continuity of care in OPD Clinics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Of Medicine.
- 4-5 years’ experience in the medical field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory position.
- Hospital management Diploma and/or MBA is a plus.
