IT Administrator

The primary role of IT Administrators is to manage and oversee organization computer systems, network security and infrastructure. This includes upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers. Also will require to make recommendations for equipment and procedure changes to decrease costs and increase efficiency, perform troubleshooting to address any problems with any IT systems, make suggestions for improvements to company systems, backup data and perform data recovery if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first level support; Whether via phone or remote access including to problem resolution for software/hardware.
• Routine maintenance of the HW and SW according to agreed plans.
• Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs.
• Diagnosing errors, troubleshoot & maintain network connections or any other computer systems.
• Maintain inventory of all IT equipment.
• Handle all documentation for hardware and software, maintenance and problem resolutions
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or external consultant.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
• Maintain network servers such as file servers, AD, Print server....etc
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
• Manage and monitoring the internal systems for office like AD, Virtualization environment, backup system, access system, … etc.
• Working to improve the IT systems performance.
