Job Description
• Design & Implement sales plans for the regions and percentage of the targets required in cooperation with the sales manager.
• Lead to achieve the sales target required of the region.
• Manage, Support, train, and appraise sales account managers in the designated area.
• Submit regular reports on sales results in the geographical area in charge and submit them to the sales manager.
• Address potential customer problems, follow up on their satisfaction, and propose quick solutions based on thoughtful decisions in cooperation with the sales manager.
• Maintain & Develop customer database, classify based on the corporate policies.
• Manage the day-to-day tasks of sales account managers in the region.
• Monitoring and reporting on market movements and competitors.
• Follow up on Cash collections with customers.
• Follow up on monthly and quarterly sales reports, review the distinguished ratios, and follow up on the benefits to the sales team.
Job Requirements
• 5:7 years of experience in the same position.
• Various Backgrounds in sales are welcome (Preferred in home appliances).
• MBA specialization (sales and marketing) is preferred.
• Presentable, Articulate, and has high communication skills.
• Analytical thinker.
• Strategic Contributor.
• Age 38 ~ 49
• Own a Car is Must.
