Job Description
We are looking for an experienced GroupChief Financial Officer to plan the organization’s financial strategy, and financial system, perform effective risk management, and support the executive team with key financial information and operational analytics so that management can make informed decisions about future investments or cuts.
Job responsibilities:
- Define the corporate financial strategy, manage financial capital, and communicate capital requirements/ implications of business decisions to the chairman and board.
- Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on the management of working capital, and the use of financial tools to maximize profits.
- Develop and analyze information to assess the current and future financial status of our group companies.
- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Monitor and evaluate the organization's capital structure plans.
- Responsible for forecasting the organization’s financial standing based on financial and operational data and reports provided by the finance and accounting teams and advising the chairman and board on strategic direction.
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and future investments.
- Driving the company's financial planning and preparing reliable financial current and forecasting reports.
- Analyzing strengths and weaknesses of each plan and proposing corrective action plans when necessary and preparing accurate forecasts to support high-level strategic decisions.
- Communicate with stockholders or other investors to provide information or to raise capital.
- Review reports of securities transactions or price lists to analyze market conditions.
- Effectively coordinate with banks, boards of directors, suppliers, and other financial relationships
- Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the position of Finance Manager, CFO, or relevant role.
- CMA and CFA (pass level 2 at minimum) is a must.
- CPA is preferable.
- ERP systems have excellent knowledge and experience.
- Manufacturing Background is preferred.
- Well-versed in all aspects of corporate financial management and risk management practices.
- Superior skills in data analysis and business forecasting methods.
- Proficient use of MS Office and financial management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Has an analytical mind, business sense, and the ability to develop strategies and solve problems.
