Job Description

Reports directly to: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with current and prospective buyers
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and market requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust in a timely manner
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account
    metrics
  • Maintain pipeline in CRM system, tracking interactions with prospects and customers
  • Recruiting new active buyers as per KPIs
  • Achieve the required sales target (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

KPIs:

  • NMV (Net Merchandise value)
  • GP
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
  • Repeat Purchase Rate (RPR)
  • Purchase Frequency

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience of FMCG B2B Field Sales Exec
  • Expert knowledge on FMCG brands & Market Dynamics
  • Experience of working with Class A, B &C retailers & brands.
  • Demonstrate selling value to key stakeholders within Buyers
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Previous experience with a top FMCG B2B company is an advantage
  • Travel to customer sites as appropriate as job requires continuous market visits
