Job Description
- Negotiate, draft, review and advise upon, all required legal documentation in relation to real estate matters, including leases (commercial and retail), facilities management agreements, property management agreements, development agreements, assignment agreements, settlement agreements, confidentiality agreements, and all other related and ancillary documents
- Research, anticipate and guard the company against legal risks
- Provide all the business units with independent advisory opinions in respect of all the legal matters including without limitation (legal opinions, consultancies, researches, reviewing and drafting all types of documents, agreements, contracts, application forms, recommendations)
- Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the Company i.e., prepare writs, defenses, submissions, and other pleadings in civil and/or cases both for and against the Company
- Managing legal actions “lawsuits” in order to ensure that all the lawsuits are properly handled at the courts, experts and other judicial authorities
- Draft and administer contracts
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Males Only
- Experience in commercial sector is highly preferred
- Very Good command of English language
