Sales Representative Professional

We are looking for A sales opener, lead generator and an after sales representative, responsible for generating leads by contacting new customers, presenting our services, scheduling appointments and follow up.

We need a sales with previous experience at least 2 years in sales to take the lead of the following responsibility:

• Contact potential clients representing our product/service and help them to know our company better through a guided script.
• Answer all calls regarding potential Customers' questions and inquires.
• Contact customers for surveys.
• Achieve Monthly Target (number of activated users).
• Create & collect a database of customers per segment
• Contact customers via phone calls and e-mails to promote our products and services
• Set-up appointments and scheduled visits for sales representatives
• Follow-up on ongoing sales and ensure after sales satisfaction
• Deal with customer complaints and returns
