Travel Arrangements & Itinerary - Makes travel arrangements in a time-effective way, including arranging complex itineraries/venues, ensuring most effective use of manager’s time.

Confidentiality and Discreteness - Observes and applies strict levels of confidentiality and discreteness in all matters related to work performance.

Meetings - Makes arrangements for meetings, including booking venue, ensuring all participants are aware of timing, adequate supplies of stationery are available and may attend meeting as minute's secretary.

Office Systems - Maintains records/files, replenishes stationery and arranges servicing of office equipment to ensure the section head can function effectively and with minimum disruption.

Correspondence - Prepares computer-based draft correspondence to company standards from general guidelines provided by originator. Submits for review and types final version for signature and distribution.

Office Supplies Management - Assists in maintaining satisfactory levels of office supplies through monitoring usage and informing the Admin Services when replenishment is needed.
