Job Description
- Create annual electrical plan and follow up on its implementation.
- Read and prepare Electrical formulas for any new machine that will be installed.
- Order all spare parts required for electrical department.
- Create a training plan for electrical engineer and technicians’ team.
- Follow up on electrical and control system in the factory daily.
- Lead and follow up on electrical engineer and technicians’ team daily work.
- Assures product quality by designing testing methods, testing finished products and system capabilities.
- Receive all electrical materials from suppliers and make sure it meets required standard and quality.
- Report daily and monthly electrical issues that occurred in the factory.
- Mange all electrical maintenance activates using SAP.
- Solve and report machine Malfunction once it happens.
- Follow up on corrective maintenance plan.
- Update all troubleshooting and reports on SAP system.
- Responsible for collecting all manuals and documentation related to the machines in the factory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical engineering.
- 7 - 9 years of experience.
- FMCG previous experience is preferable.
- Familiar with OPEX & CAPEX budget.
- Advanced Excel
- SAP User.
- High communication skills.
- High organizational skills.
- Electronics Troubleshooting experience.
