Job Description
- Scan and upload documents according to company procedure.
- Scanning, photocopying and filing documents (including drawings) as required.
- Works with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable
- Collect and register all technical documents such as shop drawings and material submittal.
- Manage the intake, handling and storage of documentation.
- Check documents, scan and photocopy files, and make sure that organizational documentation is stored safely and securely.
- Review, process and file documentation as well as manage the smooth running of all our documentation operations.
- Retrieving files when needed.
- Expedites documents related activities by Vendors, Contractors, Engineering team.
- Utilizes a specific project software for document managing.
- Prepare correspondence reports and documents.
- Set up and maintain filling system and logging of documents.
- Maintain and update tracking logs and records.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- College graduate in business administration.
- Minimum of 3 years in document control.
- Excellent user in word and basic Excel.
- Effective, accurate, proactive and attention to detail.
- Strong effective oral and written communication, inter-personal and organizational skills.
