- Supervise Junior Accountants so that the performance of the team work meet the organization polices and ensure that all policies & Procedures are applied adequately & well understood by the team work.

- Control & Analysis A/R Credit Limits and Terms of Payment.

- Control & Analysis A/P Credit Limits and Terms of Payment.

- Create Cost Center for all company departments and make monthly departments actual expenses reports.
|
- Prepare monthly B.O.D. meeting reports (Financial Reports - Production reports and graphs – Profitability ratio – Cost reduction reports …..).
|
- Prepare Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow & Retained Earnings) on Quietly Basis in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and Tax Regulation.

- Prepare Management Financial Reports Actual Performance vs. Budgeted Reports and analyzing variance.
|
- Coordinate with external parties (Auditors, Bankers, tax authority) as well as other governmental authorities.
|
- Make quotations for new contract according to Company policies and adjust our sales price plan and preparing profitability scenarios related.
|
- Participate in preparing our Chart of Account and responsible for any change in it.
|
- Participate in audit our documentation flow.
|
- Responsible to prepare company budget and control it by preparing monthly variance analyses reports to discuss with our directors.
