Job Description

  1. Direct visitors and phone calls to appropriate parties.
  2. Handle phone calls, receive and send faxes and couriers.
  3. Provide clerical and administrative support to sales teams.
  4. Process received PO’s on timley manner including “top management signature and po emails”
  5. Handle Interact registration and outside companies registration within interact (Commercial, external and projects)
  6. Organize and maintain files for various requests ( Tender specifiactions, particulars of scale ,Letter of gurantee)
  7. Manage messengers including the business trip plans and messengers allocations according to the required business trips
  8. Add messngers business trips on CRM system and approve it.
  9. Prepare and update Interact phone list on Monthly basis and share it with Interact employees
  10. Manage and follow up on Landline and Internet bills payments of Monthy, Quartely and Annual basis
  11. Provide clerical and administrative duties to top management when requested.
  12. Perform other tasks when requested.

Job Requirements

  1. 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant field
  2. Bachelor degree from a relevant university
  3. Strong communication skills. 
  4. Problem solving and organizing skills. 
  5. Proficient in Microsoft office
