Job Description

  • Handle ticketing operations and reservations using Amadeus and other travel systems.
  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary planning.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
  • Monitor and manage bookings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requests.

Job Requirements
