Job Description
- Develop and implement media buying strategies and plans aligned with marketing objectives.
- Conduct budget estimation and allocation for campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports. - Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective creatives and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Ensure campaigns are optimized for ROI, engagement, and lead generation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience in digital media buying or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager reports).
