• We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, and uphold the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities
• Manage full production operations for consumer electronics including charging cables, GaN chargers, and TWS earbuds.
• Plan and oversee assembly lines, cable extrusion, and precision soldering/micro-assembly processes.
• Ensure proper setup and maintenance of machinery such as injection molding, ultrasonic welding, and PCB assembly equipment.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices to optimize throughput and reduce waste.
• Guarantee compliance with ISO 9001, safety regulations, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, R&D, and Quality Control teams to maintain production timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve output and quality targets.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze production data, and report directly to senior management.
