Job Description
- Revise and provide inputs in the drafting of the contract documents and organize the signing of the contracts.
- Work along with the project manager for making recommendations on mitigation measures to prevent delays in contract implementation.
- Submit periodic reports on contracts progress, including recommendations for delivery performance improvements.
- Initiate sub-contractors contracts and send copy to finance team.
- Review pricing submitted by Subcontractors checking in detail quantities, correct application of unit prices and correctness of all calculations.
- Issue, Review and update baseline.
- Analyze technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
- Create and manage contractual letters drafting.
- Create and manage claims issuance.
- Manager weekly reports with construction manager.
- Monitor and track project progress, and create top management reports.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Strong MEP background.
- 1-2 years of experience.
