Basic Function
Sales Team Leader is responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, creating sales plans in accordance with the Top Management's objectives and requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement Sales Policies & Procedures as per the best practices.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Supervise the Sales Executives in a professional way that leads to achieve the predetermined sales target from plan to close.
- Perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
- Develop effective training programs that teach Sales Executives on how to acquire customers & negotiate deals.
- Participate in key performance indicator review processes to establish areas for improvement.
- Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard.
- Any other duties related to the job.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Competencies
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- Successful previous 7 years experience as a Sales Team Leader.
- Possess excellent negotiation skill.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Problem Solving Skills; To be capable of handling and solving any problem you might face.
- Work under Pressure; Never loose your temper and concentration for any reason.
- Communication Skills; Communicates clearly and professionally in written and oral forms.
