Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrated leadership experience at a managerial or mid-level position within a sales organization.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and B2B market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Experience managing and motivating sales teams to exceed performance goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as required for client meetings and events.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
