Job Description
- Scan the Market for manufacturers for different home products and assess their production capabilities and quality standards.
- Negotiate contract terms with manufacturers.
- Follow up prototypes productions until the products go live.
- Ensure prototypes are made according to specifications and within target cost and quality standards.
- Ensure smooth transitions to Vendor and Procurement teams
- Build strategic relationships with Manufacturers.
- Monitoring manufacturers' fulfillment, returns, products performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering
- Good background in manufacturing technologies
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply
- High on interpersonal skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure
- Good team player
