Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Responsible for the management of the region of sales activities according to the instruction from the head
  • Present a weekly report on the status of the market in other county, sales plans
  • Achieve sales targets by visiting customer &place orders.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy customer’s database
  • Send a weekly report on the market situation in other provinces and sales plans
  • Achieving sales targets through customer visits and purchase orders.
  • Develop and maintain a good customer database
  • Negotiate prices or terms of sales agreements.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts to orders
  • Visit establishments to assess needs or promote product sales.
  • Maintain customer records using automated systems.
  • Answer customer questions about products, pricing, availability or credit terms

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
