Job Description
● Deliver safety awareness sessions at the site to newly joined employees & labor.
● Optimize the usage of safety tools & equipment.
● Ensure effective implementation of safety systems, procedures, and policies.
● Collate data on incidents, near-miss, environmental spills, and property damage and report to the plant management / corporate safety.
● Play key role in hazard identification & risk Assessment, aspect & impact Analysis
● Coordinate the safety committee meeting, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on the progress of the action plan.
● Provides opinions on analyzing and evaluating the risks and accidents that may occur at the sites.
● Supervise safety team daily tasks, ensure excellence implementation and track action progress .
● Develops workers' training and awareness plans on occupational health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Health and Safety field not less than 5 years, Construction field is preferably.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office and its applications.
- Good knowledge and understanding of NASP – OSHA .
