Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to spearhead our dynamic team in Dubai. As our CEO, you will lead from the front to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Coral. Your mission will be to identify market growth opportunities, drive the development of our platform and shape company strategy. You will be responsible for steering the company through its critical growth phases, fostering a team of top-tier talent to develop innovative solutions and scale strategically, positioning Coral as a leader in the sustainability sector.

• Develop and execute the company's business strategy and long-term vision.
• Establish and implement business performance targets and metrics, and be responsible for the overall performance of the team.
• Manage a high-performing team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide honest, ethical, and positive leadership, promoting Coral’s mission and values publicly, in both formal and informal settings.
• Drive the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage key project development activities and be accountable for quality and performance of deliverables.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including registries, clients, and industry leaders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Maintain transparent and open communication with the board, presenting key opportunities and strategies, implementing them as instructed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
