Job Description

  • Assist Category Manager in selecting, pricing and positioning of category products.
  • Work with Category Manager in developing category plan and strategies to improve product sales.
  • Develop category documents and records according to company policies.
  • Perform inventory and supply chain management to achieve inventory turnover goals and maximize sales.
  • Process purchase orders, resolve invoicing issues and ensure timely merchandise delivery
  • Build strong working relationship with customers for new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on category trends and competitive market.
  • Assist in budget development and expense management programs.
  • Conduct business review with vendors to achieve mutual profitable goals.
  • Communicate information about new products and changes to relevant teams within the company.
  • Prepare product presentations for customers as needed.
  • Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
  • Provide support for product advertising, marketing collateral, trade shows and promotional events.
  • Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget.
  • Negotiate pricing and promotional plans with customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent English and Arabic
  • Excellent PC skills including strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Products
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel  Pivot Tables Must be accurate and detail oriented
  • Creative problem solver with excellent follow thru skills
  • Must be dependable logical consistent and be able to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to identify errors and omissions and formulate a correction prevention plan
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any other related field
  • Proven work experience in supply chain operations / procurement including supplier / vendor relationships and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong numerical ability with a high degree of commercial acumen
  • E-commerce and / or retail background is preferred
