- Content Creation and Management
- Design and schedule posts using digital publishing tools.
- Edit and proofread written content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Social Media Management, Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Identify and propose new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Ensure social media presence and support organic growth content.
- Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media.
- Track, report, analyze, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns and their spending.
- Measure web traffic and analyze key metrics.
- Monitor and provide reports on the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Align marketing and sales strategies to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and content creators (if needed).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
- Min Years of experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in branding, content creation, and marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Training / Certificate preferred: Brand Strategy, Positioning, or Marketing Certifications
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Graphic Design Tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, keyword research, and web analytics.
- Proficiency in Online marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Tools, Meta tools).
- Excellent understanding of the different social media algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
- Soft Skills / Other abilities:
