Job Summary:
handle all programs ( under graduates and post graduates) and all the administrate work.
Duties:
- Cross communication with all stakeholders and ZC departments.
- Handle daily administrative tasks of funded projects and research grants of the Center and Faculty members.
- Handle contracts, official letters, and the monthly payment requests.
- Handle all the administrative work related to both postgraduate and undergraduate students, TAs, adjunct faculty, hiring memos, exams printing, etc.
- Maintain office supplies and preparing payment requests for ordering chemicals, placing orders, etc.
- Assist in handling any administration inquiries and tasks (new appointment- calendars).
- Handle the office central services which include mails, external affairs, corresponding letters, and office expenses.
- Maintain and update all the records relevant to the grants items, and frequent expenditure and updating the filling system.
- Help in preparing scientific events and any related office logistics (office equipment maintenance…) and activities assigned to the department.
Job Requirements
- BSC OF Commerce – Accounting section is a must.
- 1 to 3 years of Experience.
- Good English, Written and Spoken.
- Very Good Computer Skills, Microsoft Office Proficiency.
- Good communication and interpersonal Skills.
