Job Purpose:
- Working on developing the bank’s staff by providing the best training programs and certificates organized by accredited training institutions
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in setting the annual training plan for all sectors & depts. and follow up its implementation throughout the year.
- Participate in preparing the annual budget for training and follow-up throughout the year
- Preparing training memos to be presented to senior management to approve the cost of training programs
- Communicate with external training providers to send technical and financial offers for training programs according to training needs and desired objectives
- Complete the training data received from internal and external control authorities
- Addressing the heads about the training programs available to nominate their employees.
Participate in the evaluation of the training programs that are being implemented by conducting a comprehensive evaluation and analysis for each program.

Requirements:
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Language Fluency in English
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in training dept. preferably in the banking sector
