Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather accurate progress data.
- Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform delay analysis and support claims preparation if needed.
- Update resource and cost loading in project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and contractual obligations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (governmental University).
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project , Excel and other related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
