Job Description
- Design creative
- Developing architecture in line with client's needs.
- Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Compile project specifications
- Providing the conceptual design of Architectural drawings or Interior fit out design as per the client requirements by the use of architectural application.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of running with a project from initial concept to completion.
- Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections and prepares related reports.
- Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, models and mood boards.
- To plan & control company project’s in terms of time schedule, performance, target achievement & the required labor.
- To plan for project execution in line with the purposes set up by top management and to manage the resources necessary to meet the objectives.
- Lead the team
- 3D Max is required
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- BA/BS degree in Architecture.
- Familiar with building code and zoning
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good verbal communications and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills, ability to take direction and meet defined deadlines
- Good knowledge of color and photo retouching
- Very Good in English.
- Autocad
- Photoshop
- Minimum experience 8-15 years.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and decompose them into work tasks
- Strong Finishing background with eye to detail
- Strong project management and people management skills.
- 3Ds Max.
- Creativity is a must
