Job Description
- Reviews daily reports for the maintenance of vehicles, prepare drivers schedules.
- Provides monthly reports on maintenance expenses, fuel expenses and inventory levels.
- Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and managing vehicle assignment information in Fleet database.
- Ensures that pending repair and maintenance POs are approved within the standard time frame.
- Ensures that both the condition of the vehicles is acceptable and the paperwork documenting the transfer of equipment is properly completed and preserved.
- Assists in the coordination of the organization's fleet of vehicles.
- Follows up on the transportation procedures.
- Maintains accurate records of vehicles.
- Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or the equivalent.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in equivalent position
- Proactive in researching business best practice concepts to apply as appropriate.
- Strong organization and follow up skills including the ability to handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments.
- Ability to identify underlying root causes of issues raised.
- Very good communication skills along with good or developing negotiation skills.
- Very good MS office skills.
