Job Description
- Create, manage and develop all E-Commerce platforms.
- Create, implement and develop and e-commerce strategies in order to improve website performance.
- Create, manage and develop all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting.
- Work with marketing team and digital marketing team to improve quality.
- Research market to discover new trends and technologies.
- Create promotional offers and ensure that all are uploaded precisely.
- Review copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
- Examine sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
- Lead E-commerce operation team.
- Capitalize on our partners’ strength and build add-on E-Commerce & E-Payment features and solutions.
- Manage the development, launch of new features and growth of the E-Commerce products and solutions
- Analyze website data to identify consumer insights and updated consumers’ needs and report the findings to take the suitable decision.
- Provide detailed reporting on products trends and align with procurement to supply the potential products based on the cost-benefit-analysis.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in creating mega e-commerce platform.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or any relevant degree.
- 7-10 years of experience as an E-Commerce.
- Marketing certificate is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Knowledge on web design.
- Excellent experience of web analysis.
- Solid experience in digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing channels.
