Job Description
- Execute all marketing strategies planned by school operations head whether digital marketing, advertising campaigns or PR communication plans
- Manage all paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) and prepare promotional materials
- Handle all marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
- Assist in generating main ideas and activities of each marketing campaign (brainstorming) in light of the specific budget for each campaign along with identifying target audiences
- Execute the campaigns according to the planned marketing schedule “setting strategy and objectives for campaigns”
- Provide team with continuous market insights and target insights to effectively influence school communication
- Support in the implementation of the school’s growth plans and programs development
- Measure and report campaigns performance against set KPIs
- Assist the team to come up with new communication strategies (digital or offline) that are aligned with the business goals
- Manage all queries received through different social media platforms & channels whether Facebook, Instagram, website, QR-Code... etc.
- Handle all internal and external communication related to School activities
- Assist in planning school’s calendar of programs & projects that includes collaborations with external teachers and/or parties and their related budgets
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Assist planning senior associate in all administrative activities related to school’s courses and academic programs
Job Requirements
- Location: Old Cairo - El Fostat
- Education: Bachelor degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or Mass Communications
- Language: Perfect command of both spoken & written in English and Arabic, French is a plus
- Work Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Design & craftsmanship experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft word programs (power point, word and excel)
- Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Must be results-oriented and possess a market understanding know how
