Job Description
We are looking for a talented candidate to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Performs multiple imports/exports administrative tasks,
- Ensures export and import documentations are entered into SAP system.
- Prepares shipping documents, and coordinates shipments with freight forwarders.
- Prepares shipping/export documents such (BL, Commercial invoice, packing list).
- Handles customers complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensures issues are resolved.
- Communicates frequently with customers and provides continuous orders follow-up with the suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Follows up on products status and delivery dates.
- Follows up invoices’ settlement.
- Communicates with internal departments as required.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator (Logistics//Exports)
- Main areas of expertise:
- Procurement and Logistics
- Export documentations
- LC documentations
- Shipment coordination
- Customer support
General Requirements:
- Excellent - Fluent English language
- Computer-savvy working with MS Office Programs
- SAP user is a must
- Gender: Male
- Age: 27 - 30 (maximum)
- Industrial background is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.
