Equipment Manager

Main Job Duties:

• Daily supervision of the maintenance functions
• Gives safety and loss prevention primary consideration with other factors that affect daily business
• Responsible for assisting the Operations Analyst in developing budget and maintenance forecasts
• Manage, trains, and evaluates assigned staff members.
• Supervises welding and parts fabricating operations.
• Ensures proper safety procedures and practices are followed during all shop activities.
• Monitors and maintains inventory of parts and supplies.
• Provides technical training and assistance to employees on new or complex repair procedures and techniques.
• Lead & manage all aspects of the heavy equipment operations to achieve targets & operating budget.
• Responsible for the overall operational efficiency and availability of heavy equipment through implementation of improved policies, procedures and systems to achieve continuous improvement.
• Analyze data and monitor KPIs to plan improvements and provide solutions if needed.
• Responsible to keeping cost per hour of heavy equipment within standard rates.
• Lead the activities of the maintenance to ensure fleet availability.
• Oversees maintenance and repair of equipment, both internally and externally.
• Analyze maintenance costs and ensure maintenance records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Participates in the equipment evaluation process to determine buy/sell needs.
• Also, purchases and sells new and used equipment s directed by the management.
• Act as a focal point of contact with all internal customers and ensure a highly reliable and responsive service is provided.
• Manage the external repairs of heavy equipment.
• Liaise closely with the procurement function to ensure availability of parts.
• • أعداد التقارير الكوادر الفنية اللازمة لصيانة و متابعة  تشغيل معدات الشركة من فنيين مؤهلين فى كافة أعمال الصيانة ( ميكانيكا ـ كهرباء ـ باور ـ ... ألخ )
  • صيانة معدات الشركة أولا بأول بغرض الوصول لأعلى أنتاجية و رفع عمرها
  • متابعة تشغيل و أنتاجية معدات الشركة بصفة دورية
  • المسئولية الكاملة عن الأعمال الميكانيكية للشركة فى التعاقدات الحكومية من ناحية التنفيذ و التركيب ثم التسليم ثم الصيانة حتى نهاية فترة الضمان
  • تولى المسئولية الفنية الميكانيكية فى حال حصول الشركة على أحد التوكيلات الدولية 
  • مع بدء نشاط قطاع الطرق بالشركة يتولى مسئولية مواقع القطاع فى جميع المواقع كاملة
