Job Description
- Forecasting : Planning & organizing, and developing forecast accuracy
- Sales Data Analytics : identifying and analyze sales data and market conditions to determine sales trend to support in improving the forecast accuracy .
- Data Analysis : Very strong in data analysis and a powerful user of multiple data analysis methods and models.
- Inventory Management :Continuously ensure stock availability and optimize inventory levels to prevent out of stocks .
- Customer Satisfaction : Improving the level of customer satisfaction by meeting the needs of the department based on the company's policy and approved SLAs.
- Collaboration with all team , sales , Marketing , finance and supply chain team to ensure fully alignment across all functions.
- Reporting: Create and share reports and analytics to provide insights into demand planning performance and to support decision-making.
- Sufficient experience in managing inventory and sales orders for various sales sectors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline.
- 3-4 Years Experience in the same field
- certified in Planning or supply chain is a plus.
- Significant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related supply chain role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with demand planning and statistical software, and advanced skills in tools like Advanced Microsoft Excel , Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
