Job Description
- A front desk receptionist is required to manage Emails & phone calls received by the company
- Supervise daily office Management tasks such as welcoming clients, and supporting the HR Department
- Handle tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
