We are a new starting business in E-commerce. currently selling Women related products.

 

Brief

We are looking for a Social media executive to support the team on Social media management and content writing.

 

Responsibilities

 

Social Media Responsibility

 

  • Create a social media plan and support creating the strategy
  • Set up social media posts (language, tone, message) according to our target audience’s behavior.
  • Create a social media calendar and work closely with the design team to execute the calendar
  • Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
  • Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with social media strategy
  • Scheduling social media posts
  • Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries
  • Respond to questions and comments of our followers on social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • act as fashion expert to help sell - upsell - cross-sell our products to customers
  • Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
  • Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
  • hire and research social media influencers.

 

Content writing responsibility

  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
  • Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
  • Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
  • Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies & Editing and polish existing content to improve readability.
  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
  • Select engaging pictures and videos to complement the content.
  • Work together with the design team to get the creatives done.
  • Manage and update our social media pages with compelling news about our company.
  • Associate with customers and industry experts.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field.
  • Professional - Fluent level of English is Must
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
  • Proven Social media management experience
  • Working knowledge of content management systems.
  • A portfolio of published articles.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • E-commerce experience is Highly recommended
  • Fashion experience is Highly recommended
