Job Description
- Assisting in various daily operations.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and presentations, , events and other similar activities.
- Managing documents and files.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 2 years experience in the same field.
- MUST be fluent in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office programs (word, excel, PowerPoint…etc.)
- High communication & presentation skills.
- Heliopolis or Nasr city or nearby residents are preferred.
