Job Description

  • Assisting in various daily operations.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and presentations, , events and other similar activities.
  • Managing documents and files.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

Job Requirements

  • Not less than 2 years experience in the same field.
  • MUST be fluent in English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office programs (word, excel, PowerPoint…etc.)
  • High communication & presentation skills.
  • Heliopolis or Nasr city or nearby residents are preferred.
