Job Description
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for both food service and consumer divisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor and report on financial transactions, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
