Job Description
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding product sales goals
- Prepare proposals

- Report all the sales progress and statistics regularly to the management board.
- Monitor Customer service levels through customer’s feedback and takes action as required to insure the best level of customer service
- Investigate, solve and report all customer related complaints
- Analyze customer feedback, then liaise with competent authorities to improve the service/product.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years Previous experience in the field of frozen food and FMCG is a must
- Strong previous relationships with major clients in this field
- previous experience in ERP system
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good command in English

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
