Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Polish Language Customer Service Agent to join our team. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Documentation:
- Record and update customer interactions and inquiries in the company’s database.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer communications.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines, procedures, and service standards.
